Today was Christmas cookie baking day,
and there were no siblings for Ryan
to pawn the assistant cookie baking duties off on.
Therefore, he found himself measuring cocoa
Cooking date filling
Chopping nuts
And manning a cookie gun.
Expanded culinary skills.
That's what happens
when you come home alone
at Christmas.
